My Story
I am an engineer by education and have spent more than twenty-six years working in industrial sales, customer relationships and business development with multinational organisations.
During this journey I have met thousands of people—customers, engineers, managers, entrepreneurs, technicians and students.
Although industries continue to change, one observation has remained remarkably consistent.
People often possess intelligence, experience and good intentions.
Yet many important decisions are made without sufficient clarity.
That observation gradually developed into a deep personal interest in psychology, communication, observation, critical thinking and decision-making.
Today I continue learning, observing and reflecting with one simple objective:
